At HalleBeauty, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help with returns and exchanges.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for eligible unused items in their original packaging with tags attached.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size, color, or item, you may request an exchange within 15 days of delivery, subject to availability. If the item you want is unavailable, we'll issue a refund or store credit instead.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty products, cosmetics, personal care items, and clearance items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at support@hallebeauty.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Our team will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
