Returns

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for eligible unused items in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty products, cosmetics, personal care items, and clearance items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–14 business days after your return has been inspected.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
